Returns & Refund Policy for Decanter Sets & Barware at TheNix

SHIPPING POLICY

Once you place an order, the product(s), such as Decanter Sets or Barware, will be dispatched within 2 (two) business days. However, delivery may take up to 10 working days. You will receive an email confirmation with the order details sent to your registered email address.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched from our Fulfillment Center, we cannot accept any cancellations.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Return Charges: While we take pride in our products, including Decanter Sets and Barware, we understand they may not always meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a return service for a fee (return shipping).

Missing Product Claims: If you believe an item is missing from your order, such as any Decanter Set or Barware, please provide an unboxing video as proof. This video should clearly show the unboxing process and all items as you open the box.

Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale, including discounted Decanter Sets and Barware, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Window: You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, including any Decanter Sets or Barware.

Shipping Delays: Nix partners with third-party courier services and is not responsible for shipping delays. We pack your products like Decanter Sets and Barware properly in a 7 Ply box. We provide estimated delivery times along with tracking information and strive to assist in ensuring timely deliveries. For urgent orders, please contact our customer service team.

Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled or modified after 8 hours of placement. Once an order is packed or shipped, it will be treated as a return if not accepted. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Nix reserves the right to refuse future orders. For prepaid orders, if the order is refused or returned at the doorstep, Nix is not liable to refund the payment. Any re-delivery requests will incur additional charges for shipping and repacking.

Condition for Returns: Returned items like Decanter Sets, Barware, and other related products must be in their original packaging and condition. All merchandise should be unused, and all original documentation must be included with the return.

Approval for Returns: Return requests must be approved by Nix before starting the process. Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges for items purchased during sales or for discounted products.
